How can you measure the power of love? I have no idea. But this I do know: that which you give, you receive back 10-fold.

I have been blessed and honored to offer non-denominational services at Bethany House, Rochester, NY. Sister Kathleen and my Irish sister, Trudy invited me to share the power of love with the beautiful guests and workers at the House.

When I walk into the House, I am greeted with hugs and kisses. If I’m lucky, Trudy or Sr. Kathleen will hand me a tiny baby or young child to embrace. Talk about the power of love!

Sharing the Word of God with this welcoming community has been a gift. Time doesn’t exist. The Now is all that seems relevant. And when it’s time to leave, I take the bounty of my gifts with me to sustain and nourish me.
